SCOTT A. BRENMAN, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Scott Brenman has been practicing Plastic Surgery since 1989 with the goal of providing the highest level of personalized attention to each of his patients.

He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Rochester and received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College. After completing residencies in General Surgery at Pennsylvania Hospital and Plastic Surgery at Duke University Medical Center, Dr. Brenman earned a Fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at the University of Louisville.

Dr. Scott Brenman is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery as well as other medical and surgical societies. He has a clinical teaching appointment at the University of Pennsylvania and is the author of numerous articles and chapters in plastic surgery textbooks.

In 2000 Dr. Scott Brenman was named a “Top Doctor” in Plastic Surgery by Philadelphia Magazine and in 2002, “Top Surgeon” in Plastic Surgery by the Consumer Research Council of America. As a member of Professional Team Physicians, he was selected as the plastic surgeon for the World Cup Soccer Games hosted by the United States in 2003. In addition, he is on the Board of Directors of Operation Smile and has traveled to West Africa as a volunteer plastic surgeon with that organization.

An avid outdoorsman, the doctor’s personal interest include mountaineering, skiing, windsurfing and squash. He is married to Kathleen Burke-Brenman, M.D. and has five children.

Dr. Scott Brenman is affiliated with Pennsylvania Hospital, Chestnut Hill Hospital and the Abington Hospital Surgical Center. Many minor surgical procedures can also be safely and comfortably performed in his office’s operating suite under local anesthesia. A full range of cosmetic injectables such as Botox, Restylane, and Hylaform are also available to interested patients.
